Our providers
These are the companies that handle data for us so that Frasiey can run. Each one does one named job. Nobody on this list is given a meeting's words for any purpose of their own.

Before a new provider arrives
We give account owners 30 days' notice by email before a new provider handles personal data. If you object during those 30 days, write to privacy@frasiey.com and tell us why. If we cannot settle it, you can end your subscription without penalty.
Two more companies, and only when you ask for them
If an operator pastes a caption link for a Zoom or a Microsoft Teams meeting, the finished caption lines of that room are sent to that meeting as well, because that is what the link is for. Those two are not on the list above because nothing reaches them unless somebody in your organisation sets it up, for one room, on purpose.
What has changed
