Which meetings can it be?
A meeting of up to 3 rooms that starts within the next 90 days and runs up to 7 days. Set its dates, tell us how many rooms you expect, and the answer is on the screen at once.
Can we have more than one?
It's once per organization. If someone at your organization has already had theirs, add a card to caption this one. Your account stays free for one room, 10 hours a month, either way.
What happens at 30 hours?
We warn you 15 minutes before, on your dashboard and on attendees' phones. Then captions stop, and you can buy hours to keep going. See pricing
Are summaries really included?
Yes. Turn them on for the meeting and they're part of it, with nothing billed, along with your own logo, color and welcome screen.
